Gold decorations on spine. Engraved portrait by R. Graves, engraved title page dated 1822. Heraldic device on printed title page. Printed in Diamond type by C. Corrall. Dedication to Conte Spencer. Latin text. Originally bound in red cloth or dark blue ribbed cloth with paper label but has been rebound in sueded gilt leather. Marbled edges and marbled endpapers. ½” split at top of spine, chips on spine, cover soiled. Stain on bottom of pages but does not affect text.
